Daycare Divas follows best friends Leslie Napolitano and Christine Collica as they start up and handle the day to day of their new daycare business. Leslie is an early education teacher, adept in working with special needs children, and Christine, while educated as a teacher, has spent her adult years instead as a stay-at-home mother of three. Leslie and Christine are polar opposites when it comes to childcare and education, and that’s the conflict on which this show capitalizes. Can these two women actually get this business up and running? And if they do, will they be able to work together or will their child clientele run them into the ground?
